Feeling stuck in you career and not loving what you do? Is work making you anxious and
depressed? Are you feeling burned out? I can help.
I am passionate about combining my background in career counselling with my psychotherapy skills to help clients navigate the emotional and practical aspects of work and career related challenges.
The career counselling specialization defines a unique blend of competencies from two distinct groups:
1) career development practitioners
2) counselling therapists/counsellors

I support adults who are feeling stuck and overwhelmed in their jobs and careers to gain greater awareness, make concrete decisions, and take practical steps to get unstuck.
Counselling can help you develop skills in emotional regulation, learn self-compassion and mindfulness, and find emotional validation. Whether it’s about clarifying your values, overcoming a conflict in the workplace, gaining a new perspective, or getting unstuck, my goal is to help you focus on what matters, move forward with confidence, and take positive steps guided by your values.
I also enjoy working with students and young adults to help them gain self knowledge and support them as they discover and choose a career direction that is a good fit with their values, strengths, and passions.
